Cartón Circular is the organization that ensures the recycling of industrial paper and cardboard packaging. It is the Collective Extended Producer Responsibility System (SCRAP) established by packaging manufacturers to help industries meet their legal obligations solely through the consumption of industrial paper and cardboard packaging.
